The Story

Old Dutch house for a couple of musicians

One of our latest project is a residential house in The Hague, where we developed both the facade reconstruction project and interior design.

The new owners of this wonderful old brick house are a couple of musicians who bought it to enjoy life in the central part of the city, entertain guests, and teach young singers vocals. Our challenge was to create an interior that would be functional for their needs, while also showcasing the beauty and character of the house.

The interior of the residential part is designed in such a way that guests can enjoy playing the piano, while contemplating them on a special balcony between the 1st and 2nd levels. We also incorporated a huge light lantern in the floor of the 2nd level to create the effect of airiness and multi-tiered. Our team worked closely with the owners to understand their needs and preferences, and we incorporated their personal style into the design. The result is a stunning space that is both functional and beautiful, and reflects the personality and lifestyle of the owners.

SUSTAINABLE DESIGN: A RESIDENCE FOR THE FUTURE

The Product

The main focus of this project was to provide sustainable design ideas and to promote circularity in all aspects of the design. We are committed to creating eco-friendly living spaces that are both functional and aesthetically pleasing.

The facade reconstruction project and interior design of this old brick house were carried out with utmost care and attention to detail. Our team has used natural and durable materials, such as wood and stone, to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
