The Story
A place where you can produce, but also work quietly.
Our task was to breathe new life and ideas into a long-empty space, as well as to develop a financial scheme for the promotion and sustainable development of the location.
In order for the investment budget to meet the payback plan, we decided to shift the focus from walls and floors towards mobile, lightweight and mobile structures of new walls, as well as office blocks and production spaces.
AFFORDABLE OFFICES WITH IDEAL INFRASTRUCTURE
The Product
A place where you can produce, but also work quietly. This is an ideal location for events, meetings and a pleasant lunch at the Warehouse Cafe.
A large part of the area is reserved for shared use and is filled with various pieces of furniture on wheels and mobile office domes. In this way, the space becomes as multifunctional as possible and easily adapts to new tasks. The other part has been divided into smaller rooms, which will be reserved for closed industries, workshops and storage areas.
This way of distributing space provides a constant loading of the site by the tenant and has a high financial interest for the client.
